We implement a four-stage quality control process:
Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials—plastics, motors, PCBs, lithium batteries, fabrics, etc.—are strictly checked for specifications and tested for hardness, conductivity, and safety. Substandard materials are rejected at the source.
In-Process Inspection: Full-time inspectors monitor each assembly line, conducting routine checks on semi-finished products for assembly quality, soldering, button functions, and heating/red-light modules. Defects are corrected immediately.
Finished Product Testing: Every completed unit undergoes 100% power-on testing to verify massage intensity, air pressure, temperature control, vibration, red-light therapy, battery life, and appearance, including scratches, gaps, and packaging completeness.
Pre-Shipment Final Inspection: A secondary random inspection is conducted before packing to re-verify certifications, accessory completeness, and packaging integrity, ensuring every delivered unit meets our quality standards.
